Walk-in FAQ’s
Q. Are ‘Waivers of Liability’ required and who can complete the form?
A. Yes. Every person wishing to use our attractions must have a Waiver of Liability on file with us. Waivers are valid for 1 year. Only a Parent or Legal Guardian may complete the Waiver of Liability on behalf of a minor.
Q. Are you open every day?
A. Yes, we are open 7 days a week. You can check our website calendar of Events, Facebook page, or call for any updated hours. Holiday hours may vary.
Q. Do you close early to accommodate the Ninja Warrior Training Classes?
A. No. The fun center will remain open for normal business hours. However, the Ninja Course and Rock wall will be closed at 5:15pm on Mondays and Tuesdays for the class.
Q. How much is admission?
A. Please see the pricing tab. You can check our website Offers, Facebook page, or call for any current or future promotions. Each attraction has an admission fee, we also offer attraction packages so you can enjoy more than one of our attractions while you are here. You can stay as long as you would like and we do allow re-entry within the same day.
Q. Do adults / chaperones have to pay an admission?
A. No, adults coming to chaperone do not need to pay an admission. If an adult would like to use the attractions independent of a child (such as Laser Tag, or the Ninja Course), they will need to pay the appropriate fees.
Q. Can I bring outside food in?
A. No outside food or drinks are permitted. We have a snack bar where you can purchase food, drinks, and snacks.
Q. Are shoes & socks required?
A. Yes. Shoes (closed toe and heal) are required for Laser Tag, Rock Wall, and Ninja Warrior Course. Socks are required for the Toddler World and Soft Playground/Ballocity area.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Athletic attire is recommended. Closed toe and closed heal footwear is required on our Ninja Course, Rock Wall and laser tag.
Q. Will you have socks for sale if I forget mine?
A. Yes, socks are available for purchase.
Q. Do you have arcade games?
A. Of course. We have a variety of arcades to choose from – claw machine, NBA hoops, skee ball, Ice Man, Jurassic Park, Ring Toss, Down the Clown, and plenty more.
Q. Is there a place to sit and watch my children?
A. Yes, there are benches and chairs placed around the vicinity for parents to watch their children while they play.
Q. Do you have WiFi that I can use while I’m there?
A. Yes, our WIFI is listed under KidzWorld and the password is our phone number 4844805980
Q. Do you offer Ninja Warrior Training Class?
A. Yes, we will have personal training sessions. Call for details and pricing.
Party FAQ’s
Q. How do I book my party?
A. We take bookings over the phone or in person. Online booking will be coming soon.
Q. Is a deposit required when I book my party?
A. Yes, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit. A $150 non-refundable deposit is required for parties in the Lounge and the main room.
Q. How can I pay for my party?
A. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The remaining balance is due at the end of your party.
Q. What if you don’t have the date available that I wanted?
A. Don’t forget we offer parties during the week as well (June thru August). Call our General Manager for during the week parties September thru May.
Q. How many guests can I invite?
A. Our party packages are all made up for up to 8 or 12 children, the rooms can hold up to 16 children. If you’re going to have more than 16 guests, we can find ways to make it work, for example putting your party upstairs in the open party loft or our double party room. Pricing for parties over 12 guests will have an additional fee, which can be found on our pricing page.
Q. I have a lot of adults attending my child’s party. Can we reserve extra space for adults?
A. The size of your party area is based off of the number of anticipated children attending. Additional space may be available for an additional occupancy fee. Please inquire with our General Manager for more information.
Q. Do you have invitations?
A. Yes, we offer invitations on our website underneath the Parties tab. It is a fill in the blank, printable PDF that includes the link for your guests to complete the Waiver of Liability in advance online.
What To Bring To Your Party
Q. Can I bring in my own food?
A. The only outside food permitted is cakes and/or cupcakes during your party reservation.
Q. Can I bring my own paper products?
A. We provide plates, forks, cups, and napkins. If you would like to bring in themed plates and cups, you are more than welcome to bring them in for your party.
Q. Can I bring in my own decorations?
A. Table top decorations are welcome. Unfortunately, we do not permit decorations to be hung on our walls. We also do not allow piñatas for safety reasons.
Before Your Party
Q. Can my guests complete the ‘Waiver of Liability’ in advance?
A. Absolutely. We encourage parents and legal guardians to complete the waiver any time online by visiting https://kidzworldfuncenter.com/waiver-of-liability/.
Q. How early can I arrive for my party?
A. We will begin setting up for your party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time so it would be best to arrive around then. If you arrive earlier, your party room may not be available. Wristbands will not be issued until 15 minutes prior to your party.
Q. When do I need to know my final head count?
A. Our staff will call you the Tuesday and/or Wednesday prior to your party to get a final estimated head count.
Q. Can I bring my own party favors?
A. Yes, you may bring your own. We also have party bags available for purchase.
Q. Can accommodations be made for children with food allergies?
A. Yes, if your child is unable to eat our pizza due to food allergies, please speak with our General Manager about options for that child. Food substitutions or exceptions will not be made to the entire party.
During Your Party
Q. Do I have to pay for guests that don’t come if they were originally included in the final headcount?
A. Party packages are for up to 8 or 12 children. If you booked for more than 12 children, you will only be charged for the number of children that attend. If your party has 16 or more children booked and less than 16 attend, you will be charged an occupancy fee for the second room that was reserved for your size party.
Q. If less than the included amount of children attend my party, can I get a refund?
A. No, unfortunately our packages are for up to 8 or 12 children. We do not issue refunds or credits if you have less children attend.
Q. What if my guests bring siblings?
A. Siblings can be added on to the party. We ask that you let us know ASAP so we can make sure there is enough pizza for the party. Another option is to pay for them as a “walk-in.” As a “walk-in,” they can chose the attractions they would like to do and purchase food/drink at our snack bar.
Q. What should the guests do with the gifts they bring my child?
A. Each party room has a designated area for gifts. Your party host will bag up all gifts for an easier transition to home.
Q. Will there be someone in the party room to serve my pizza, juice and cake?
A. Each party has a party host to serve your guest and assist with whatever you may need. Our party host serve pizza, get the drinks and even cut and serve your cake. We ensure they will do whatever needs to be done to help make you party run smooth.
Q. Can I add additional pizza and drinks to my party once my party starts?
A. Of course! To assure any additional pizzas arrive in time, please notify your party host ASAP.
Q. Are refills of the pitchers of drinks free?
A. No, there is a charge for additional pitchers of drinks.
Q. Will I have the entire facility to myself during the party?
A. No, unless you have booked a private birthday party in our main room, we cannot guarantee that there will not be walk-ins or other parties happening at the same time.
After your party
Q. Where do I pay the remaining balance?
A. Your party host or our front desk staff can help you with that.
Q. May I tip the party host?
A. Yes, it is not required but it is welcome and appreciated.
Group Visits FAQ’s
Q. Does Kidz World offer any type of discount for schools or organized groups?
A. Yes, we are happy to offer discounts for schools and organized groups. Please use our Contact Us page to inquire about our discounts for your group. Group Discount information will be available online soon.
Q. How do you determine the discount for groups?
A. The discounts that we are able to offer your group is based on three factors:
Q. Do I need a reservation for my group?
A. Yes. In order to receive a group discount, a reservation is required. This also helps us to make sure that we are appropriately staffed to assure your group has a safe and fun visit.
Q. Is there a deposit required for my groups visit?
A. Yes. Upon making your reservation, you will be sent an invoice. 50% of the invoice is due immediately to finalize your booking. The balance is due when you arrive or in advance.
Q. If less children attend then were booked, do I get a refund?
A. No. Unfortunately, since we staff our facility based on the number of attendees, we are unable to provide refunds.
Q. If more children attend then were booked, do I have to pay additional fees?
A. Yes. You will be asked to pay for any additional children that attend beyond the number at the time of your booking. You will be charged the discounted per child fee agreed upon during your booking.
Q. Are ‘Waivers of Liability’ still required for each child attending?
A. Yes. EVERY child attending will need to have a Parent or Legal Guardian complete our ‘Waiver of Liability’ prior to being allowed on the attractions. The waiver may be completed any time online by visiting https://kidzworldfuncenter.com/waiver-of-liability/. Chaperons (counselors) may not complete the waiver on behalf of a child in their care. Our waiver is accessible online and only takes 2 minutes on a mobile device to complete.
